  1. It has been a month and a half since I received my Trike. I had a bad battery and contacted the company for help. I was asked several times to send video so they can see my problem. I did sent the video several times. Finally I was told they would send me a new battery. It has been several weeks and no info from them like package sent on this date and no tracking number. I feel like they are waiting me out until I give up. My wife is going to purchase and replacement battery for me. Nice trike to look at. But I can not use it. At this point I am sorry I purchased a Mooncool electric three wheel bike TK pro was my purchase by the

Mooncool is probably a Chinese brand. It took them over a month to send me some trike parts. Try reaching out to them on Facebook.
