Free shipping on all orders.
We deliver to the lower 48 states in the U.S. We only ship to physical addresses.
We ship from Florida and depending on where you are located, delivery can take up to 30 days.
Our return policy is good for up to 14 days. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
You will will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective and damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com. All returns must be shipped to eTrikeCo 6531 Channelside Ter N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.
In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will absorb the return shipping costs.
