What are shipping costs?

Free shipping on all orders.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the lower 48 states in the U.S. We only ship to physical addresses. 

How long will delivery take?

We ship from Florida and depending on where you are located, delivery can take up to 30 days.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is good for up to 14 days. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging. 

You will will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or rejected. 

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 7 days and returned back to your credit card or original method of payment. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

What is your exchange policy?

We only replace items if they are defective and damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to support@etrikeco.com. All returns must be shipped to eTrikeCo 6531 Channelside Ter N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781. 

In the event you receive a defective or damaged product, we will absorb the return shipping costs.
