Q: Where are you located?

A: We do not have a store front. Rentals are available at select locations. Please check our rentals page for up to date locations. If you are interested in purchasing, please order online or contact us directly at info@etrikeco.com.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Each location is different. Please check our rentals page and select the location you’re interested in to view hours.

Where can I ride eBikes and eTrikes?

A: ETR100 and ETR400 eTrikes are best suited for hard packed flat surfaces including bike lanes, residential streets, paved bike trails. Diablo eBike are best suite for all types of terrain. Natural and paved surfaces.

Q: Do you provide water?

A: Water is not provided.

Q: What ability level is needed to ride?

A: All ability levels are welcome for eTrike rentals. You must have the ability to ride a bike and balance for eBike rentals. All riders for all rentals must disclose any physical or cognitive limitations that may prevent them from safely operating the eTrike or eBike.

Q: How old do I need to be to rent and ride?

A: All riders must be 16 years+.

Q: What is needed to rent or tour?

A: Valid picture ID and matching credit card.

Q: How many people fit on the eTrikes and eBikes

A: Our Oaklander and Santa Rosa eTrikes are fit for up to 2 adults and 1 child. Our Diablo eBike are fit for 1 rider.

Q: Are multi day rentals available

A: At this time multi day rentals are not available. We hope to implement this in the near future.

Q: What happens if I am riding and my eBike or eTrike breaks during a rental

A: We will provide a full refund and transportation back to your starting point.

Q: Once I purchase, how do I get my product

A: Your product is assembled and delivered or available for pickup at the nearest rental location.

Q: Is there a warranty for purchases

A: All products have a 1 year Warranty.

Q: What happens if a part breaks?

A: We offer replacement parts and mobile service by appointment.
