If you’re looking for an efficient small electric vehicle for your business or personal use, the ETR200C is an ideal choice. It is street legal on streets up to 35mph, DOT approved and meets all U.S. safety standards and regulations. The ETR200C can easily fit into several industries and successfully streamline operations including last mile, patrol, car share, healthcare and much more.
Our battery electric vehicle is the right size vehicle for the task at hand. The EV’s small compact size, is smaller than a Smart Car and Golf Cart. Easily fit in bike lanes, on sidewalks, crowded events, boardwalks, urban downtowns, and other tight spaces. Parking is easy and doesn’t require an entire parking spot. Your business can easily downsize its gas powered fleet to save money, space and time with minimal maintenance.
The ETR200C is powered by a 3000W AC motor that provides a 500-pound capacity, top speed of 25mph, and range of up to 65 miles. It is an efficient EV any business can call an asset. It has generous rear seat space for cargo or passenger transport. The interior does come equipped with heating and cooling system. Our long-lasting LifePo4 battery can last up to 10 years and requires zero maintenance. Charge up with our smart charger and go from a dead battery to full in as little as 2-3 hours.

Warranty
Your eTrike comes with an industry leading 2-year electric drivetrain non-transferable warranty from the date of purchase. This covers the most important and expensive parts including your motor, battery and controller. All other components aren’t covered under warranty. Most of these wear and tear parts are under $100. If any component of the eTrike is defective or prevents safe and effective operation during the warranty period, please contact eTrikeCo immediately for service before operating the vehicle. Service and repair during the warranty period must be completed by eTrikeCo or an authorized party.

The following actions render the warranty null and void:
- Damage caused when the operator fails to use and maintain the eTrike in full compliance with these instructions.
- Improper use of the eTrike, including but, not limited to collisions with other objects, overloading the eTrike, and chemical corrosions.
- Any and all damage caused by human factors.
- Damage as the result of unauthorized disassembly and/or modification of the
- Damage caused by improper storage or accident, including as the result of a power surge while charging.
Does not include wearing parts like arm rests, seats, switches, brakes, rims, light bulbs and tire tread. Charger is not included in warranty.
Shipping Policy
Shipment time can take up to 4 weeks for in stock electric motorized trikes for adults. Pre-ordered products can take up to 3 months. Delivery time estimates from when your trike leaves our warehouse to your delivery address vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees; while we try to meet these timelines, we do not advise to make plans based on an estimated lead time for an order.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming it with a contact name and number of the delivery driver. Since we ship via motorcycle hauler and not via FedEx, UPS, Amazon or USPS there is no tracking number. However, you are able to contact the driver or eTrikeCo at support@etrikeco.com for an update.
Note all trikes are shipped with a specialized trucking company for roll-on/roll-off ready to ride delivery. No extra unpacking or pallet unloading necessary. Although shipping is offered free as part of your order, we pay a third party shipping company to deliver your eTrike. The following rates apply for any returns and will be the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates can vary from $600 – $1400 per unit depending on where you’re located, time of year and model type.
Return Policy
Our return policy applies to items that have already shipped from our warehouse.
- We accept returns for up to 14 days after you have received your eTrike. After 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange. Please note:
- Contact support@etrikeco.com for returns. You must contact us via email before returning your purchase.
- To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item or it can be deducted from the refund.
- The shipping costs we paid when we shipped your eTrike to you after purchase will be deducted from your refund. This cost can range from $600-$1400 depending on eTrike model, buyer location and time of year.
- We will receive and inspect your returned item, and email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. In that same email we will tell you if your refund is approved or rejected. If it is rejected, you can choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
- Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled at no charge unless it is a special order.**
If approved for a refund, it will be processed within 7 days and returned back to your credit card or original payment method, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee. eTrikeCo reserves the right to deny your return request. **Special orders for exterior/interior colors and other additions cannot be canceled after purchase. All sales are final under these circumstances. Please refer to our sales agreement for more information.
